Vikas Saxena is Executive Director - Legal of Beekman Helix India Consulting Private Limited. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the Corporate Affairs Function. Before joining Beekman Helix India, Vikas worked at various senior level positions with companies like DLF Private Equity (vKarma Capital),  Indiabulls Group, Perot Systems, American Express  and PepsiCo India. Vikas is a dynamic professional with nearly 17 years of rich experience in Legal Affairs of large organizations with demonstrated capability to contribute to general strategic matters of an organization. Vikas has coordinated, managed and closed numerous high value structured finance deals amounting to a value greater than USD 2 Billion. He has also handled contracts / proposals  ranging from USD 1 million to USD 1.5 billion across various industries and verticals dealing with  pre-contracting activities, contract finalization, bids, tenders, templatization & closeout  spanning the entire contract life cycle.

At DLF Private Equity (vKarma Capital) he was instrumental in giving advisory services for setting up of Venture fund and was also directly responsible for incubating various businesses. In Indiabulls group he helped in improving the operations by implementing effective processes, developing legal formulations of various new financial products and was extremely effective in resolving difficult challenges posed by various regulatory authorities. Vikas has been a guest lecturer at the prestigious Institute of Company Secretaries and has been invited as Speaker in various conferences. He is a National Merit holder Company Secretary, a Chartered Accountant, and holds Bachelors of Law & Bachelors of Commerce Honors qualifications from Delhi University.
