Formed in mid 2006, Beekman Helix India (BHI) is an advisory and investment management company focusing on the booming Indian Real Estate market.

BHI is anchored with headquarters on both sides of the world. Our US operation is located in McLean, Virginia, not far from the nation's capitol. In India, BHI's operation calls Gurgaon home and has a staff of 15 with varied experience in the financial and real estate industries.

The company provides advisory and real estate investment management services to Indian developers and global institutions, and has invested more than $220 million (approximately INR 880 crores) in real estate on the Indian subcontinent.

Shekar Narasimhan, BHI's CEO, is based in the McLean office and is responsible for the overall performance of the company. Manish Parwani, the President and COO, is based in Gurgaon and oversees day-to-day operations while supervising investment functions.
